Better Sleep Meditation

This soothing meditation will begin with a guided practice to gently let go of any thoughts or worries in the mind, followed by a progressive relaxation technique to ease tension in the body and drift into a restful night’s sleep.
From Despair To Hope
Every Wednesday from 5 – 6pm CST
& Every Saturday from 3 – 4pm CST
After a brief introduction to the purpose and premise of meditation, Blake will guide us through a method of “throwing away” the fundamental roots of stress and anxiety. You will be able to clear and quiet your mind any time with this simple practice.
Essential Wellness
Every Friday from 8 – 9pm CST
This restorative guided meditation will offer a practical method to release the images and stress accumulated in the mind. As we clear out those images, naturally the body can return to a state of peace, and the mind can be clear and focused.
This guided meditation series is particularly for essential workers during the current pandemic crisis, working hard in uncomfortable equipment, facing daily battles unknown to others. We honor and thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
