Gratitude Brings Happiness.

Gratitude starts with noticing the goodness in life. But people are blinded by negative minds such as anxiety, worry, or doubt, so they can’t see the great things the world gives us.

What we need now is the meditation method to cleanse those minds that we have. If we do meditation, we will know that all of the negative minds are gone and naturally find the grateful mind within us. Living with a grateful mind will bring you pure happiness that’s given from the world.

Meditation can make you find gratitude within.
Through self-reflection, you can understand that you have been bound to the false conceptions and habits that have been formed in your life which bring endless feelings of lacking and unhappiness. So you will get to know why you are not able to have true happiness and gratitude even if you had many interesting experiences in your life.

Once you discard the false mind which is the cause of unhappiness. Then you can realize everything exists within you. You will find true happiness and joyful life. All the conditions for happiness are already given us by the Universe and the world.
